Teaching Statement:
I believe that movement and exercise are a celebration of the body’s capabilities. I focus on strength, mobility and flexibility, particularly low-impact movement, as someone who experienced a serious sports injury. The goal is consistency, fun and finding your own practice.

You can find me teaching in person at the amazing Open Barre Studios in College Park, MD, where I teach Barre, HIIT, Stretch classes and more (in-person and livestream).
I do pop-up HIIT-Barre combo courses at the Mt. Pleasant (outdoor) Fitness Club in DC.
Also available for private coaching sessions, and creating tailored fitness plans.
